Viktor Odstrcilik is Co-founder and Director of Engineering at KOGAA. He is in charge of all building processes, allowances and legal matters concerning the projects in their phases of getting a building permission.

Viktor’s expertise led the company to pursue projects through all stages of a building, from concept to construction.

Viktor Odstrcilik is a member of the cultural parliament of the city of Brno and with Tomas, he is the Co-Founder of the Next Institute, a platform for applied research in architecture and urbanism.
