Viktor’s expertise led the company to pursue projects through all stages of a building, from concept to construction.

Viktor Odstrcilik is a member of the cultural parliament of the city of Brno and with Tomas, he is the Co-Founder of the Next Institute, a platform for applied research in architecture and urbanism.

With international experience in China, France, Germany, Holland and with a Master’s Degree from TU Delft in the Netherlands, Tomas Kozelsky is also the Co-Founder of the Next Institute, a platform for applied research in architecture and urbanism.

Tomas’s interest and knowledge on adaptive reuse projects brought him to currently pursue a PHD on the re-use of industrial facilities at the Brno Faculty of Architecture. With this know-how, KOGAA has become a local specialist for the adaptive re-use typology.
