					<description><![CDATA[Seems like a good guy. Myself being an Architect cannot stand being around developers and I personally know lots of them. Kevin&#039;s projects are unusual in that they seem to take a more artistic intuitive stance at building community and neighborhoods. I applaud him for that. Most developers rely on formulas to mitigate risk, and that is why nearly all of America looks the same today. No more spicy cultural vernacular, now just plain sliced bread]]></description>
