I still don’t understand why more architects are not choosing this path. ok I guess the challenge is to take on more risk, but the rewards far outstrip the risks. It’s true that most developers couldn’t care less about the built environment,where there’s money to be made. I think this Architect-Developer model is great.Best of both worlds.Thanks for sharing Brandon
