He makes an interesting point about the differences in cultures of Europe and North America. As he said,europe is very conservative when it comes to such things. The ‘entrepreneurial mindset’ is still in it’s infancy in cities like berlin,but it’s slowly changing. It’s great to hear stories like this, because not all real estate developers are money hungry people. You can make good projects that are of benefit to the communities and also make a profit.they are not mutually exclusive
